iPhone XR earpiece speaker issue

I have purchased an iPhone XR in July and it was brand new. Three days ago I started noticing that my top speaker's quality had decreased , and today the top earpiece speaker sounds like it's covered with a finger. It's very quiet and muffled, the bass sounds are also distorted.

I checked all the responses to this, and nothing worked, and I hadn't done any damage to it, nor water neither any dropping.

Does anyone have any idea?

Hi Lahiru.icloud,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you have a question about the sound from the Receiver on your iPhone, and I'd like to help out.

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone has some great steps for cleaning the Receiver, and how to determine if it could be your network or reception.

Take care!
