My mac is not updating to the latest software.

My mid 2015 MacBook Air is not updating to MacOS Catalina and also other updates are also not progressing. The updates are stuck at one point and will remain there as it is. I’m using it in India. Have a good WiFi strength and there is enough space left in the mac as well.
