Battery Replacement

My Iphone Battery shows as healthy (89%) on IOS but is not. It is depleting much faster than in the past and Cocoanut Battery shows 77%. I'd gladly pay apple to replace it but I suspect they won't because their system shows it as healthy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
