Its not enough to go to the alarm and hit the tab. Every time my phone updates for some reason snooze is reactivated. I am sick of thinking that my alarm is off just for it to keep popping up every few minutes. Is there away to take snooze options off the phone for good?

The correct answer is you cannot change the UI for the alarm feature on iPhone. Thus, you cannot remove snooze as an option. You will have to tap the stop button. Nothing more can be offered as a solution, except to perhaps not use iPhone as an alarm and buy a physical alarm clock with physical buttons, which may be a better solution for you.

Also whenever i create a new alarm it automatically has snooze set!! Why?!? Why am i forced to deal with an alarm going off every few minutes and it feels like the only way to disable it is to destroy the phone with water? Can I permanently delete the snooze option completely?
Just hit Stop button to turn the alarm off instead of hitting Snooze.
Then Snooze will not appear.
Without the home button on the new phones what you are suggesting is really difficult. Tapping the bottom of the screen makes the phone think that im trying to open the phone not hit the stop button.
I was just asking a question. If you dont have an answer maybe you shouldnt respond next time.

There's no Home button on an iPhone X, XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro & 11 Pro Max.
If you have difficulties tapping the stop button then iPhone is not for you since nearly everything on an iPhone is a button.
If you don't like the answer maybe you shouldn't ask the question.
