There is no such thing as an iPhone 5 SE.

There is an iPhone 5, which has stopped receiving updates as of 10.3.4

There is an iPhone 5s, which has stopped receiving updates as of 12.4.3

There is an iPhone se, which can run the current release iOS 13.3

No one here has any idea when the iPhone se will stop receiving updates.

An iPhone 5 cannot update past iOS 10.3.3.

An iPhone SE can get the current iOS version and should be able to a few more updates.
