There are hundreds of new ones every day
keep in mind Apple will never refer to you as "customer" and see this link
Avoid phishing emails, fake ‘virus‘ alerts, phony support calls, and other scams

you'll get fraud email with return addresses trying to appear to be from Apple, microsoft, your bank, etc., many having actual company links to seem more legit.
the word before the .com is the actual domain or owner
apple.itunes.appleIDcheck.com would be a website hosted by "appleIDcheck.com" not apple
apple.apple.apple.appel.com would be "appel.com", whoever they are.
hotmonkeylove.apple.com would actually be "Apple.com" but these are easily spoofed (fakes) as well and the "hotmonkeylove" would also be a red flag. for example, a link like:
might actually go to somewhere else entirely
most legitimate websites use "https" instead of "http" so the transmission is encrypted to make it more secure
if safari knows the site is legit it will show you this little green lock icon
Other browsers may do this, and all browsers often identify the site as fraud before you get to it.
Apple wont cold call you, either will Microsoft and websites cant tell if your computer has malware or virus.
I just got an email the other day signed with like "this is not a joke". Look for bad grammar or straight up cluelessness as to how to write an email and good luck!
