Unfortunately, unless you have a backup of those pictures, they will be lost if you don't have the passcode.
Nope, neither we, nor Apple have access to your devices.
Your only option at this point is to restore the phone.
If you don't have a backup containing the pictures you're looking for, they are gone.

That passcode is stored inside your iPhone, neither we (users like you) nor Apple can find it out.
And, unfortunately, no backup = no recovery

Also, this device has been removed from my list of items as I got a new phone. I has not been bucked up for a long time.
Not really sure how to behave. I am am sure you might have access to all the devices that I have used on my account.
