Sony WH-1000XM3 can't connect problem

It's weird i cannot reply to the thread i was reading.. any ways i'm posting this so other having same issues connecting their Sony WH-1000XM3 to their iphones.

1. Forget the device on the iphone
2. while Sony WH-1000XM3 is off, Long press the power button of the headphone till you hear the assistant saying... the head phone is starting, then next saying that the head phone is on pairing then you can release the power button when in this state.
3. Now go back to your phone, try turning off then on your bluetooth then wait for a bit till you see the Sony WH-1000XM3 then press connect.
