"Restriction Policy" configuration profile

In setting up some MacBooks I was trying to make it so the Apple Watch cannot terminate a session lock. According to the system, it says that the setting is done using the "Restriction Policy" configuration profile. But I cannot find any reference anywhere as to how to find and edit this policy.

Anyone?

Auto unlock with apple watch option not present on MacBook Pro M1 Hello, I just bought MacBook Pro M1( 16inc 2021 ) and Im having some troubles with linking my apple watch and MacBook Pro. I want to setup auto unlock with apple watch option on my MacBook but when i go to System Preferences => Security and Privacy => General (tab) i don't see the option "Use your Apple Watch to unlock apps on your Mac". I followed all the steps to fix the issue from the apple docs, but no luck. System info: MacBook Pro M1 (2021) macOS: Monterey 12.2.1 Apple Watch Series 7 watchOS: 8.4.2 Best regards.

You use Apple Configurator 2 to create profiles. It's in the App Store.
