Yesterday I bought 4 songs using my iTunes Store account. They appeared 'ghosted' in my Purchased list & library but they did not download to my pc. I left it several hours thinking it was just slow.
When I shut down my pc, I saw a message saying downloads were incomplete but would resume upon next start.
On start up, I checked my Purchased list; the songs were no longer there nor in my library. I then checked my purchase history; the songs were listed as purchased.
I searched the Store again for the songs and each was ghost listed as 'purchased' so unavailable for repurchase. I have not received my invoice from iTunes as yet.
Any help or suggestions gratefully received!

    Look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. You may find the tracks there to be downloaded.

    If not, contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Contact page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain the problem to them.
