Hello Strongerthanthis,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand contacts are missing and will do what I can to help.

Here are some suggestions that you can try:

  • Try to Restart your iPhone
  • Confirm that your iPhone is updated to iOS 13.3 by going to Settings > General > About.
  • Navigate to Settings > Passwords & Accounts and make sure that your contacts are enabled for the accounts that you use.
  • Make sure that all groups are turned on in Contacts app > Groups.
  • If you use an email account that is an IMAP account with your contacts (like Gmail), try signing out and back in to the account in Settings > Passwords & Accounts. Tap the selected account and delete it, then add it back.

Don't hesitate to leave another message if you still see the same thing. Thanks.
