Handwritten notes missing

Any simple way to recover the notes that did not sync correctly after updating the iPad to IOS 13?

I have lost many of my notes.

Notes Half of my notes disappeared on a newly transferred phone, so I went an found my old iPad that had the 200 or so missing notes. I found them and was beyond thrilled. As soon as my iPad connected to the WiFi, my missing notes went missing again and the 100 or so notes I was left with were now updated into Notes. I am extremely frustrated and ask anyone for help on how to restore these deleted notes.

Missing notes after changing phones I noticed that some of my older notes are missing after upgrading to a new iPhone, even after doing a backup. Notes has always been included in all backups to the cloud. Is there a way to review prior backups to recover missing notes without having to delete or override the new or modified notes?

Do you have a backup of your iPad prior to you loosing your notes?
