Subscription

I have canceled my membership for iTunes back on the 16th of August and of this year and they keep charging me I don’t understand how but at this point I believe it may be fraud and y’all need to do something about it

You know that these are user forums and that we are just fellow users, we can't do 'something about it' for you.


Assuming you mean Apple Music (there is no 'membership for iTunes') does it show as cancelled ? If it does, contact iTunes Support e.g. via the 'contact support' link at the top right of every page on here
