Has anyone been able to finance a new iPhone through Apple if they didn’t have one of the big four carriers?

You can’t finance via device payment plan without having it tied to a carrier listed but if I’m not mistaken you can use Barclay and take advantage of any financing options they have ( or a personal credit card with interest free offers). If this isn’t the question you were asking then please clarify
