How can I cancel a subscription on an old Apple ID?

i had a working Apple ID on my previous phone but the phone is broken and I can no longer open it so I got a new one and had to create a new Apple ID with my other email. I am getting an email charging me for a subscription on my old Apple ID and I don’t know how to cancel the subscriptions linked to that ID since I no longer have access to it

If you can't sign into the ID to cancel the subscription, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
