That depends on what you think of as ‘normal’, and on your country or region, and what is on offer as services there.
If you are in the US, you may need to have a TV provider (cable subscription), or subscribe to a streaming service that offers a similar package. E.g. Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, Sling TV, AT&T Now, PlayStation Vue, Fubo, Philo.
Alternatively, you may be able to put Over-the-air reception on your home network to Apple TV using a HDHomeRun box.
