latest iOS update in XR
I am unable to update my iOS to latest version. my current version 12.3.1. But software update shows 13.3. When I try to download and install its failing.

If you get no help, update your XR using iTunes on a computer. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends, or ask for help at an Apple Store or AASP:--> Apple – Location Selector
