How do I erase my cancellation of subscription I cannot seem to delete or erase my subscriptions I’ve cancelled in the past as I go to manage subscriptions I open my past canceled subscription and there is no delete option?

You cannot delete the cancelled subscriptions. They should eventually be removed automatically from the list after enough time has passed and you have not chosen to renew them, however.

But there's no real purpose to deleting them, they take up no space, and once cancelled they do nothing other than let you quickly re-susbcribe to them if necessary.

You can hide a purchased app but you cannot hide or delete purchases or subscription history especially where you have shelled out money.
