i updated my iphone and decided to set up MY contact picture later for others to see my picture how do i do so?

Contact Photo Under settings it shows my name, but not my contact photo. Short of reset, any idea how import my photo (not a pure narcissist -- just trying to understand the workings of the phone). I know it's supposed to show a photo, but only the name appears. Pressing on the contact does nothing. Thanks!
