Charges to Credit Card

I've seen multiple charges of $10.61 to my Credit Card from Apple.com/BIll as well as multiple smaller charges. When I call the numbers listed next to charges, the recording states what it MIGHT be. None of these situation explain the charges. Who can I call to find out exactly what these are for?
