Not allowing camera access

So I went to instagram it says go allow camera and microphone access. Then, I went to settings and the options weren’t there. THEN, I went to privacy->camera-> and after that I wasn’t able to turn them on. What is happening?

my camera will not show up in privacy settings I have been trying to fix my camera for a week and it is not in my privacy settings and I have no idea how to put it back. I have many online meetings I need to use my camera for so I'm a little worried haha

Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Apps Allowed.... is your camera enabled
