Unused iTunes gift card
I mistakenly purchased an iTunes gift card as opposed to an Apple store gift card, is there anything I can do ?

If you still have the receipt, try to return them.
Or use them for yourself. I pay my iCloud storage, Apple Music subscriptions, using iTunes Gift cards.
