Is there any concreate way apple suggest for accessing photos from Windows machine

I am trying to access my iPhone photos on WIndows 10 and move the files.

But right now after lot of googling I am just able to copy the files.

But not able to access iPhone to delete the copied photos from iphone.

Could anyone help me on how to do this ?

This is an long standing issue for me. Please help

The easiest way is to enable iCloud syncing of photos (Settings/{your name}/iCloud - Photos) on the phone, then install iCloud for Windows on your PC. But here’s the full Apple support article—>Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
