I buy a new phone and the data in the phone was reset. And yesterday that phone was stolen by others people while that phone still new and no data was update in that phone. So it’s too hard to track in using Find my iphone. So i wanted to use imei to track my phone. How can i find my iphone using imei?
You don't track it by imei. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

You can't locate it using the IMEI.
The only way for you to track or locate it is using Find My.
The cellular carriers can locate any device on their networks using the IMEI, but will require a court order to do so.
