Stop Siri suggestions from turning itself back on in Safari

Every few days, Siri suggestions in Safari turns itself back on. I go in to settings and turn it off, but it shows back up a day or two later and is re-enabled in settings.

How can I get this disabled permanently? It’s annoying.

Hello,

This is strange.

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings. Once the reset has finished then turn Siri suggestions back off and observe if it turns itself back on.
