My son's I-Phone 8 was stolen in Mexico yesterday. How can I lock it out as the person who stole it has committed fraud by using my Amex # in my pictures and has hacked my Pay Pal account?

Someone got back to with the link on what to do if your iPhone is lost or stolen. The fact someone was able to get in the phone however makes me wonder if it didn't have a passcode? Also, did you have Find my iPhone enabled on the phone? If you didn't have Find my iPhone or use a passcode, you can't do anything other than notify the police and your cellular provider. Your cellular provider may be able to blacklist the phone.
How long before someone gets back to me?
How long before what gets back to you? Did you son not set up a passcode on his phone.
