Unexpected money take from my credit card

Hi all i have big problem with apple i whait 10 days already apple to return my 1049£ wich they take from my credit card and is not my mistake of it.

I have apple care on my device and i call them to replace the device they send me the new device by the post i recive the new device and on the nex day i return the my old one but on 09/12/19 they take from my credit card 1049£ widowth inform me and now i have device wich cost 2100£ and credit card on minus 1000£ and nobody now when they return my money in my accaunt becouse they say we make mistake and I need to pay every day money becouse my card is over limit because off apple

This is shame from this company

I plan today to go to consolt with silisitor to sort this mistake i hope they can hellp me somehow.

i return the old device and they told me device is here we refund you in next 24 hours I set ok and already 10 days still waiting

Just so you know: we are all other users here, we do not work for Apple and do not get paid by Apple.

Did you insure the return of the old one? Did you get a tracking number you can check if it was delivered or not?

The problem is: Apple makes it very clear that if they send a replacement, you have 10 days for them to receive the old return. Unfortunately, it was your responsibility to make sure the return would be sent and delivered back within 10 days. Can you prove that it was the shipper's fault? If so, then you should show Apple. And, has Apple agreed that they will return the money? If they have, when did they agree? Do you have that in writing?
