I just gave my wife my iPhone 7. She has an iCloud account but minimum storage. I want to link her iPhone 7 to my account with much more storage. How do I do this?

then share the storage in Settings>Apple ID>iCloud and then click on Share with Family.

Her phone doesn't show up to add. Do I have to log into my iCloud account or Apple account on her phone?
