Update problems

I’m on iOS 12.4 still because I can’t update. When I go to software update it doesn’t show anything other that...”iOS 13.2 Estimating time remaining, Update requested... automatic updates on” it doesn’t show I can install it update anything. Whats happening?

if it was me then I would connect the device to a computer with itunes installed and update that way
