Installing apps on my iwatch

Hello! I just received an Apple watch series 5 and I have an Iphone SE, IoS13.3 which are apparently compatible but I have difficulties installing apps on my watch. I have no access to app store in my watch or phone (nothing happens when I press discover app button on your watch see pic below ); install button is inactive (see pic below) for some apps which are already installed on my phone and are recognized by Iwatch app. What to do?

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! I understand you are having issues downloading apps from the App Store on your watch. I am here to help. 


Can you confirm your watch is fully up to date? Here is how you can Get information about Apple Watch.


Is your iPhone able to access the App Store as expected? If so, can you try re-pairing your watch to your phone and try the App Store again? Here is how you can Unpair and erase your Apple Watch.


I would also recommend trying to access the App Store on various networks and confirm if the issue persists.
