My iPad and iPhone are running iOS 13.3 and neither one finds the Magic Mouse 2 or other Bluetooth mouses. My wife’s iphone was running iOS 13.2 and it Was able to connect to the same Magic Mouse but after updating to iOS 13.3 it no longer finds it. Please advise

Apple states in Settings that Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad are not supported.
That being said there is a work around.
Turn off Magic Mouse
Disable AssistiveTouch
Open Settings > Switch Control > Switches > Bluetooth
Hold down the Mouse Button while turning on the bottom Magic Mouse switch. The indicator light should now flash.
Select Magic Mouse on your iPad.
Now enable AssistiveTouch.

I tried this with no luck. Thanks for your help. Is this something will be fixed with the new update or should I return the Magic Mouse since I don’t have Mac device? Thanks

As I stated, Apple explicitly states within Settings that Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad are not supported. While there used to be a workaround, Apple seems to have removed it.
Same problem here, had Magic Mouse 2 working with iPad on 13.2 updated and accidentally disconnected the mouse now can’t get it to reconnect on 13.3 Any way to undo update back to 13.2 ?

No there is no way you can go back to 13.2
Only Apple knows about the future support.. Best option for you is to return it and buy another supported mouse
