Can I uninstall Catalina? Now experiencing super slooooow response. I have a 2013 iMac.

Personally I would work on identifying and fixing the cause of your issue before trying to uninstall Catalina. But if that is what you want to do you can follow these instructions:
Technically, no OS can be uninstalled. It can only be erased from another bootable partition and replaced with another OS.
This update like the last several take away features I used all the time and replaced them with crap I'll never use (and they charge a fee for what I do not want). I will NEVER buy another mac product again. it's bad enough that you remove features from devices I bought (because of those now removed features) but you are doing this solely to forced use of pay by the month crap. Apple was a good company but it is now worse than Microsoft.
