Stolen phone
My phone was stolen and I'm trying to remove the account from it but I don't remember the password to my security questions is there any other way that I can remove it

Did you have Find My iPhone set up under iCloud? And a good passcode? If yes it will go into Activation Lock and you don't need to remove anything from it.
Are you saying you don't remember your Apple ID password? If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
