hi
i don't have a sign in password to get in to my macos high sierra, it boots-up with out one.
now i want to change my firewall setting to OFF, but can't unlock the key with out a password. As i said earlier, i don't have a sign in password.
is any other way i can unlock the key .

yes i did what u said and it asked me my apple password and i typed it in my iphone password.
i am new in apple and it was scary . but it worked

owner/admin password ..... login items
owner change password
and more....
but if there was any password when i set it up, i don't remember it now. is there any way i can retrieve it?.

Val, you must have one, is there no admin account on your Mac?
Sys Prefs?Users & Groups, what does it say yner the names on the left?
