Metric change on iWatch series 5
How can I change to KM on my Activity sessions on my watch? On my iPhone in the heath app, it already displays me distance covered in Km but on the watch it keeps giving me distance in miles?

In the workout app on the watch
Tap the three-dot icon for one of the widgets such as Outdoor Walk or Outdoor Run.
Tap Distance.
Use Force Touch to open the menu.
Make your selection from miles or kilometers.
