now i want to upgrade ram as i have spare two 8gb each having specification
8gb 2Rx8 PC3L 12800S-11-13-F3. can this support to my macbook pro ?

I think you can't use your 8GB RAM on your MacBook Pro.
Try to install them if they work, it doesn't hurt anything, I suppose.
Theoretically it should work, but you never know how Apple sets up the chipset. In my experience Apple notebook computers will actually accept **slower** RAM, but if it's mixed then both modules will default to the slower of the pair.
