Ok I’m trying to remove my card muy I can’t every time I try to remove it it says " unable to remove there’s an active subscription”
when I go to check my subscriptions all of them are expired help me

Then ask iTunes Store Support team for help (as per my first reply).

If you're sure that ALL your subscriptions are expired, contact iTunes Store Support and explain your problem, filling out and sending them this form:--> iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support

It's also possible that if you're on Family Sharing that some subscriptions will only show up on the device that signed up for it even if it's being paid for by you.
Yeah I know but I don’t have family sharing with no one Look I need to set up the family sharing first so I don’t use it that’s why I can’t understand why I can’t remove it all my subscriptions are expired so it doesn’t make sense
