We cannot recommend which Apple Pencil model is compatible with your iPad if you won’t tell us which iPad you have.

If you have any older iPad mini model, ANY of the older iPad Mini models, then NO Apple Pencil is compatible.
You will need to seek out a third party, smart Bluetooth stylus maker, instead.
