My Apple ID is disabled how do I unlock it on phone ?

My iCloud has been disabled and needs help on how to activate it.

Well, there are two options:

For iTunes or AppStore:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

For generic purposes:--> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
