You have to disband the family and set it up again. If you do not have any children less than 13 years old, your husband can just disband the entire family and you can set up a new family. If you have any children less than 13 years old, you need to leave the family, and set up a new family. Then have your husband transfer the children. Once that is complete, he can disband the old family.
