Apple public beta program.
I would like to know if I’ll lose everything on my phone if I register for the public beta program. And if I will lose everything on my device if I want to leave the public beta program.

Just to clarify:
Signing up to the beta programme, or indeed leaving it, will not cause you to lose anything not to mind everything.
But running beta software is inherently risky. This is what Johnathan is referring to. Beta software is unfinished and unproven software. So there exists a possibility of dataloss. This risk comes from running beta software, not from signing up to the programme.
