What they will do ? Can I replacement my iPhone to iPhone 11 pro max with payment the difference or can fix the screen without damage the phone because is it a manufacturing defect ?

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar or contact AppleCare or an authorized service provider and follow the instructions in the article to get your phone repaired or replaced under that program.
