I changed the watch strap on my Apple Watch last night and when I turned it over there was a white circle with 3 black dots in the middle and Manage written underneath. I cannot remove this or do anything at all with the watch. I can't even switch it off. It does ring if I get a call but the watch face doesn't change.
Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.

Excellent all back to normal now. Thank you. I have no idea what caused the problem as I have had the watch for 18months and change the straps regularly.
