About Refunds my money from apple store

Hello,

I have one problem i buy watch on apple store before 3 days ago and also i pay 1149 zl. But suddenly what happened i dont know they cancelled my order.

And they give the reason your payment was accured and have not been billed for it.

So what should i do??

And when i get my money back?
