It’s not allowing me to delete my significant locations
I’m not sure why I can’t delete them
iPhone XS Max, iOS 13
Try this first --> Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Then attempt to clear Significant Locations because many times these locations are linked to email even announcements, calendar events etc..
