so has anyone else have a problem with the mail app on their iphone not working? i can’t even see my mail it’s just constantly says “checking for mail” so i cannot are it at all and that’s been my main email for years now but ever since i got this iphone 6s it just does not work
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
