I can probably help you. If it is a payment through Apple Pay there are steps you can take to report a problem. if it is a subscription there are different steps to take but if I dont know what the issue is I dont know how I can help you or even which link to provide.

Apple Card is a MasterCard but that is not important, are you saying you could not take advantage of the monthly installments? There are very specific terms for the monthly installments here - Apple Card - Monthly Installments - Apple

I took money out of my account transfer to Apple Pay cuz of confusion of using money. I took debit card off so use Apple Pay but not successful.. that what mess is in first place

Mine is a Visa card and I used for a laptop last year so I did not see the option and it just said to apply for credit card. It should have been easy. Anyway I should have been able to chat or call to see what I was doing wrong not go to strangers. I’m going to the store near me to discuss with someone
