Naming group chats with an android user

I have a group chat with friends. One of them is an android user. Can I name the group chat? Thanks!

No, you cannot. A group chat with non-iOS users in it are an MMS, and that is controlled by the carrier. You cannot name that chat, nor can you add or remove anyone from it once it is started.
