iPhone 7 no noise cancellation option

The microphones are not working on iPhone 7 unless using Bluetooth. There is no noise cancellation option in settings. Is there an at home fix for this?

I have 2 teens with iPhone 7’s. One has this option on her phone under Audio/Visual and her phone works perfectly. The other used to have the noise cancellation option but it disappeared sometime back. Since that time, that phone has not had working microphones unless using AirPods or Bluetooth in the car. The speaker phone option is gray. Siri does not respond to voice commands. We are trying to find a fix. Apple Support disconnected before we got started and is not connecting now.

We took the problematic iPhone 7 into an Apple approved repair store. They ran a diagnostic and it showed all hardware is working. They knew exactly what was wrong with the phone. The problem was caused by an iOS update. They said that the only solution was to send the phone back to Apple and they would sell as a new one for $320. So to sum it up, Apple sent an update to our iPhone 7 that broke it. They can’t fix it. They say we’ll have to buy a new iPhone 7 for $320 if we want to replace it with the same thing, but they want their old broken phone back. I’ve ALWAYS loved my Apple products and we have had MANY. The trust is gone...
