Safari is no longer available for the PC so you must have an older version in use. You can use any PC browser (Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari PC) to view your Apple email by going to www.icloud.com and entering your Apple ID and password. You created an Apple ID and password when you first established yourApple email account and that Apple ID and password are your credentials.
